Dharmendra Mehta is the Group Head of E-Commerce at Lal's Group. He has over 25 years of experience in building and scaling retail, e-commerce and omni-channel businesses across the Middle East and Asia. At Lal's Group, he is responsible for building digital journeys for the group's portfolio of own and franchise brands across the region.  Prior to joining the Group, Dharmendra was CEO, GCC for Cure.fit (now Cult.fit), where he oversaw the company's internationalization charter across verticals of fitness, nutrition, mental wellbeing and primary health care. In previous stints he has worked with Mumzworld.com as Chief Operating Officer, India's largest E-Commerce company Flipkart in various roles such as Director of Fashion, Chief of Staff and Director of Logistics and Future Lifetsyle Retail as General Manager Retail Operations.  Dharmendra is based in Dubai and holds a Post Graduate Management Degree in International Business Management from the Univeristy of Mumbai.  He is commited to fostering an Abundance mindset and is dedicated to building an industry rooted in the core values of Sustainability and Self Reliance.
