Nzau Muinde is a Public Policy Manager, Inclusive Digital Finance at the GSMA, where he works with policymakers, regulators, mobile network operators and industry stakeholders to advance enabling policy environments for mobile money and digital financial services. His work focuses on promoting financial inclusion, strengthening digital financial ecosystems and supporting regulatory frameworks that foster innovation while protecting consumers. With experience spanning digital finance, public policy, data-driven innovation and ecosystem development, Nzau brings a practical perspective to the opportunities and challenges facing emerging financial services markets. He has worked on issues including mobile money regulation, Open Banking, consumer protection, fraud prevention and the development of inclusive digital financial ecosystems across Africa and in Europe.
