Phillip has 20 years’ experience in local government engineering, developing and leading teams across all disciplines from approvals, asset management and engineering delivery.
Phillip has experience and understanding in the relationship between land-use, activity and transport. He is a proponent for the implementation of the movement and place framework and believes in creating dynamic urban spaces for the community Phillip is experienced in transport planning, traffic engineering and modelling, and designing places for people.
