Executive Vice President, Commercial — Centara Hotels & Resorts Claudio serves as EVP Commercial at Centara Hotels & Resorts (Central Plaza Hotel PCL), part of Thailand's Central Group. Based in Bangkok and reporting to the COO, he leads the group's commercial function across sales, marketing, revenue management, distribution, digital trasformation, PR, CRM & Loyalty,  with a focus on driving commercial growth, innovation, new hotel openings, and building commercial talent across the portfolio. He brings more than two decades of senior commercial leadership in luxury and upper-upscale hospitality, with roles spanning Hilton, IHG, Four Seasons, Rosewood, Caesars, Preferred Hotels and ONYX Hospitality across the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Asia Pacific.
