Cinn Tan is a globally recognised hospitality leader with over three decades of experience driving commercial strategy, brand transformation, and performance across Asia Pacific, China, Europe, and the United States.   As Chief Commercial Officer of Millennium Hotels and Resorts, she leads the Group's commercial ecosystem, with responsibility for branding, marketing, loyalty, sales, distribution, revenue management, and digital platforms across a portfolio of more than 145 hotels worldwide. She plays a central role in shaping the Group's commercial direction, aligning brand positioning with evolving customer expectations, strengthening market relevance, and driving sustainable growth across its international footprint.  Before joining Millennium Hotels and Resorts in 2026, Cinn served as Chief Commercial & Marketing Officer at Pan Pacific Hotels Group, where she integrated commercial functions to accelerate growth, strengthened the brand portfolio, and enhanced direct distribution capability.   Cinn brings a global perspective on how regional hospitality brands can evolve, compete, and grow in a rapidly changing landscape.
