General Information

What are the dates and location of the exhibition?

The event will be held on 18 - 19 November 2025 at Level 1, Ballroom 1-4, QSNCC , Bangkok.

What are the opening hours of the event?

NoVacancy Asia 2025 is open at 8:30am to 5:30pm on 18 November 2025 and 9:00am - 5:30pm on 19 November 2025.

Who can attend the event?

NoVacancy Asia 2025 is a business-to-business (B2B) event for professionals, industry representatives, and invited guests. It’s not open to the general public.

How do I register to attend?

You can register online via our Registration Page . Admission is free. Early registration is recommended to secure your place.

Is there an entry fee?

Expo floor access is free with registration. You can register free online via the Registration Page

When and where can I collect my badge?

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. Please bring this email to collect your badge at Badge collection counter at Level 1, Foyer of Ballroom 1 to collect your badge on 18 & 19 November 2025. Registration and badge collection is available at the following timings:
18 November - 8:00am to 5:00pm
19 November - 8:30am to 5:00pm

Travel & Accommodation

How do I get to the venue?

Level 1, Ballroom 1-4, QSNCC is easily accessible by public transport, taxi, rideshare, or car. Visit the Venue page for more information.
You are encouraged to take public transportation to QSNCC if possible. Otherwise, carpooling is the way to go! Come together as a team and help to reduce carbon footprint (and parking stress too).

Is parking available?

No, there is no preferential parking rates.

Are there hotels nearby?

Yes, there are several hotels within walking distance of Level 1, Ballroom 1-4, QSNCC. Visit our Accommodation Page to view nearby options and access exclusive attendee rates.

On-site Services

Is Wi-Fi available at the exhibition?

QSNCC offers 3 hours of complimentary Wi-Fi daily and users can connect to the Wi-Fi for basic internet browsing, webbased email and social applications

Are food and drinks available?

Yes, a range of food and beverage options will be available for purchase inside the exhibition hall. Food and drinks are not included with your pass package.

Are there cloakroom or storage facilities?

No, there is no storage facilities available within the venue.

Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?

Absolutely. Level 1, Ballroom 1-4, QSNCC is fully accessible. The venue is fully accessible and equipped with facilities for disabled guests. For more details, visit the Venue page.

Is there an event app?

Yes, registered attendees will receive access to the official NoVacancy Asia 2025 event app . You can use it to view the agenda, bookmark sessions, connect with other attendees, and arrange meetings. Visit the Event App page for details on how to download and log in.

How do I login to the networking app?

Use the Instructions on how to log into the NoVacancy Asia 2025 event app can be found here You will be required to log in using the email address you have use to register for the event. If you need any assistance, contact us here .

How can I arrange meetings with exhibitors?

Use the NoVacancy Asia 2025 event app to connect and schedule meetings with exhibitors before and during the event.

Are there networking opportunities?

Yes, there are dedicated networking sessions. Check the event schedule for details.

Conference & Sessions

Is there a conference program?

Yes, our conference features expert speakers and panel discussions. The full agenda is available on our Conference agenda page.

Do I need to pre-register for sessions?

Pre-registration for the sessions is not required. However, we encourage you to bookmark your preferred sessions in the event app to create a personalised schedule. Please refer to the conference agenda for more details.

Will presentations or recordings be available after the event?

No, sessions are not recorded. We encourage attendees to connect with speakers directly through the event app to request any materials or follow-up information.

Exhibitor-related Questions

I am an exhibitor. Where and when can I collect my exhibitor badge?

You can collect your badge at the Badge Collection counter at the Foyer of Ballroom 1.
17 November 2025: 4pm to 7pm
18 & 19 November 2025: 8am to 5pm

I am an exhibitor. How can I register for a badge?

A unique link for exhibitor badge registration has been sent to your company representative via email. If you require further assistance, please contact Tan Yu Ching at yuching.tan@terrapinn.com

I am exhibiting at the event. Is there a storage space where I can store my items?

There is no storage space available onsite. You may arrange with our Official Freight Forwarder (DSV) to store your items at a fee. Please refer to Form 7 (Freight Forwarding Services) for more information.

Do I need Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on setup days?

High visibility vest and covered shoes is required for all personnel entering the hall on 17 November 2025.

Can I bring catering into the hall?

No, QSNCC Catering Department is the exclusive caterer for all patrons of the Centre and retain the exclusive rights for all food and beverage services therein.

I'm a raw space Exhibitor. How do I submit my booth design for approval?

Please refer to the onsite schedule found in the exhibition manual. More information here .

I am an exhibitor. How can I register for a badge?

What is the dress code for the event?

Business casual is suitable for the conference and exhibition.

Can I bring a guest?

All attendees must be individually registered. If you would like to bring a colleague, friend, or guest, please ensure they complete their own registration via the Registration page .

Photography and videography

Considering safe event management measures implemented for the event, please note that
No photography or video equipment allowed unless approval is obtained from the Organiser.
Recording of interviews must be scheduled and recorded in a booth and/or a designated room or enclosed location in the Hall.
All interviews must be scheduled in advance with the Organiser. Walking up to an attendee with a camera or microphone and asking for an interview without prior approval is not permitted.
You may be photographed, audio recorded and video-recorded at NoVacancy Asia 2025 organised by Terrapinn Pte Ltd. By entering the event premises, you consent to all photographs, interviews, audio recordings and/or video recordings made, produced or taken of you ("Materials") and the use, release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of the Materials in all marketing and communication materials in any media by Terrapinn, its affiliates and/or representatives. Should you wish to opt out of the above, please reach out to us at customerservice.sg@terrapinn.com
The Organiser reserves the rights to refuse admission or to remove any person from the event without having to specify a reason.
