Philippe Beauchamp is a cybersecurity and identity leader with decades of experience architecting and delivering national-scale IAM and digital trust solutions across public and private sectors. At Interac, he led the Verified portfolio, supporting over 13 million users with high-availability identity verification across financial, government, and enterprise ecosystems. He has directed programs at TELUS and Bell Canada affecting 20M+ users and implemented security frameworks across cloud, hybrid, and defense environments. A strong advocate for open standards, verifiable credentials, and Zero Trust, Philippe also served as Co-Chair of the DIACC’s Adoption and Expert Committee, contributing to national digital ID strategies. He holds CISSP-ISSAP and TOGAF certifications and has led teams through modernization initiatives aligned with stringent cybersecurity regulations.
