Founded in 1967, McCann is a leading civil and electrical engineering construction company. Operating throughout the UK on major road, rail, and airport infrastructure projects for both public and private sector clients.
Covering services including, Street Lighting, Road Traffic Signals and Signs, Communications, EV Charging, Multi-Utilities, Public Realm Works and Civil Engineering works such as Earthworks, Drainage and Section 278/38 works, the company provides its clients with integrated infrastructure solutions that meet business needs and exceed expectations every time.
McCann works closely with its clients through every step of a project, from design and buildability, through to implementation, whilst working comfortably within a wide range of contractual arrangements. As a result, the company is a key player in creating and maintaining essential elements of the country’s infrastructure asset base.
The company employs just under 300 personnel and has a vehicle fleet double this across the business covering branches in Manchester, Preston, Suffolk, Hillingdon/London, Bradford, Grimsby and our central head office in Nottingham.
