EV Connect Meetings Program

What is EV Connect?
EV Connect is EVCS 2027's new 1:1 meetings program: three 1-hour high-energy meeting blocks that use AI-powered matching and double opt-in selection to build you a personalized schedule with the buyers, vendors, and partners most relevant to you.
Who can take part in EV Connect?
Any registered attendee can opt in, including charge point operators, site hosts, utilities, government officials, fleet buyers, sponsors, and exhibitors. You'll set your meeting preferences after you register.
How do the meeting blocks work?
The matching system suggests relevant contacts based on your profile, both sides opt in before a meeting is confirmed, and your finished schedule appears in the event app ahead of the show.
What happens if I can't make a scheduled meeting?
Cancel or reschedule through the event app as early as possible so your slot can be offered to another matched attendee.
Where can I find more details on EV Connect?
Details on eligibility, scheduling, and how matching works will be shared via your registration confirmation and the event app closer to the show. You can also contact our team with any questions in the meantime.

Agenda & Schedule

What does the schedule look like each day?

See the Agenda Themes page for details.
When should I arrive and depart?
