A New Home for EVCS

EV Charging Summit & Expo is moving to Caesars Forum for 2027, a purpose-built, 550,000 sq ft conference center just off the Las Vegas Strip. It's a bigger, more central home built to match how fast this event is growing.

With 3,500+ attendees, 300+ exhibitors, and 200+ speakers expected in 2027, Caesars Forum gives EVCS the room to grow: more expo floor, more meeting space for EV Connect, and easier access to the Strip's hotels, restaurants, and nightlife.

Why the Move?

Caesars Forum was purpose-built for large-scale conferences, with two 110,000 sq ft pillarless ballrooms, flexible airwall configurations, and a 100,000 sq ft outdoor plaza. It gives EVCS significantly more room than previous editions, plus a location connected directly to Strip hotels by covered walkways.

Getting Here

Caesars Forum is a short drive from Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), with easy access by rideshare, taxi, or rental car.

The venue sits directly behind The LINQ Promenade and the High Roller, and connects to Harrah's Las Vegas, The LINQ Hotel, and Flamingo Las Vegas by covered walkways, so attendees staying at a connected host hotel can reach the show floor without going outside.

Parking

On-site parking, including underground parking, is available at Caesars Forum, with additional capacity across the connected Caesars properties. Parking fills up fast during peak arrival times, so plan to arrive early, especially on the first day of the show.
