What It Is

Closed Circuit is EVCS's curated roundtable programme — small, invite-only sessions of no more than 12 senior decision-makers, held behind closed doors and governed by the Chatham House Rule. Designed to surface candid, commercially useful conversation without the constraints of a public panel, it puts the right people in the same room to work through the problems that actually move deals forward.

Invite Only

Every seat is chosen, not sold. Attendance is by invitation, and every room is capped.

Up to 12 Per Room

Small enough for a real conversation, senior enough that everyone in it matters.

Chatham House Rule

What's said in the room stays in the room — no attribution, ever.

Participate in Closed Circuits

Join an exclusive, closed-door roundtable discussion with industry peers focused on the real challenges facing EV charging today.

Closed Circuits are designed specifically for senior industry leaders to have candid, peer-to-peer conversations before the conference doors open. These discussions are not open to general attendees, creating a more focused environment to exchange experiences, challenges, and practical solutions.

The Lineup

Ground Rules

What's said in the room stays in the room.

Closed Circuit runs under the Chatham House Rule. Participants are free to use what's discussed — but no comment may be attributed to any speaker or their organization. It's what makes the conversation honest.

Who's In The Room

Curated, not open.

Each table is hand-built around the room's topic, mixing operators, buyers and policymakers so the conversation reflects the whole value chain — not one side of it.

Charge Point Operators Utilities & Grid Operators OEMs Fleet & Mobility Managers Real Estate & Site Owners Investors & Financiers Energy Storage Providers Government & Policy Leaders C-Suite Executives
