After graduating from a university in Japan, Yoshiaki studied athletic training in California. He then worked as an athletic trainer and physical education teacher at a Japanese high school in New York for 10 years. At that time, he was looking for some new tools for online classes, and he came across e-sports and thought that e-sports could be a tool for education. After returning to Japan, he decided to get involved in the field of e-sports and education and has been involved with NASEF JAPAN since its launch. Currently, he is working with high school teachers all over Japan, hoping to introduce e-sports into schools and help develop digital human resources.
