Richard is currently leading the Scholarly Communication team at NUS Libraries. The team partners with the NUS community on their research journey and supports the research lifecycle by advocating and raising the awareness of scholarly communication, open access, research impact and research data management. He is also involved in a variety of NUS Libraries programmes such as collaborating with the NUS Graduate School on a Collaborative Experiential Space in the library for graduate students, the Transforming University Libraries Leadership & Innovation Programme (TULLIP) aimed at early career librarians and other learners across ASEAN and beyond, and NUSOne programmes targeting undergraduate freshmen such as the online course THE1004 - Learning to Learn.
