Christina Vincent is a lecturer at Sunway College Johor Bahru dedicated to creating engaging and practical learning experiences for her students. Currently pursuing her PhD in Management, where her research focuses on tax compliance behavior, she brings a research-informed approach to her teaching while staying grounded in day-to-day classroom realities. Christina actively integrates technology, gamification, and experiential activities into her lessons to make accounting and business education more relatable and impactful. Her initiatives include accounting and business simulation activities, gamified learning projects, and role-play simulations, which incorporate various elements such as digital tools, multimedia, and platforms like Excel and cashless payment systems to encourage students to apply different accounting concepts in practical and technology-enhanced scenarios. Known for her thoughtful and student-centered approach, Christina designs activities that promote critical thinking, teamwork, and real-world application. She is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment and brings strong organisational and collaborative skills to every project she undertakes. At EDUtech Asia 2025, Christina will share her insights on how blending technology, experiential learning, and practical case-based activities can inspire students and enrich accounting education. Her session will offer practical ideas on turning traditional subjects, particularly forensic accounting, into interactive and empowering learning experiences.
