Prof. Dr. Bo Chankoulika is Director of the Policy Department at the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport of Cambodia. She holds a PhD in Education from Flinders University in Australia. She is responsible for leading and managing educational research projects and utilizing research findings to shape education policies. Her expertise has been instrumental in formulating key education policies aimed at enhancing the quality of education in Cambodia. She has been actively engaged in the ongoing transformation of Cambodia's education system. Currently, she is at the forefront of developing and implementing the Digital Education Strategy for schools. This important initiative seeks to leverage technology to improve the learning experience for all students across the country. She is also SOMED Leader (ASEAN Senior Officials Meeting on Education) and SEAMEO High Official (Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization) from Cambodia to provice advice and guidance to ASEAN Education Ministers on education issues within the region.
