Tan Yingyi is the Head of Smart Utilities & Infrastructure at ST Engineering, where she oversees a group of businesses delivering digital solutions that help cities, utilities, and critical infrastructure operate more efficiently and safely. Before joining the Urban Solutions sector, she spent over a decade in multiple roles within ST Engineering’s Aerospace sector, gaining deep experience in complex operations, transformation, and large-scale cross‑geographical programme delivery. Her international exposure—including time in the U.S. and China working with multinational aerospace teams—shapes her belief that inclusive and diverse teams are essential for successful outcomes across aviation and smart‑infrastructure ecosystems. Yingyi holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and a Master’s in Engineering Management from Columbia University.
