The 2-day ticket grants you access to Aviation Festival Asia on both event days.

Our Airlines & Airport Executive Pass is for executives from airlines, airport and ground handling companies only. You’ll need to use your official work email address to apply. This pass grants you access to all event days, including the Summit Day.

Your ticket includes access to our conference halls, exhibition floor, networking party, and the Aviation Festival App.

2-day tickets are USD$2,995. However, you can save significantly by booking in advance, thanks to our early bird offers. You can also save big by booking as a group — the bigger the group, the bigger the discount. Book tickets here.

Our dedicated networking app is available for all Aviation Festival Asia attendees. The app makes it easy to view the conference agenda, access event content, and connect with the right people in advance. You can also access your Badge via the app, which grants you access to the festival.

Access to the app opens 2-3 weeks before the event begins.

Once you’ve registered for the event, you’ll receive your ticket directly to your inbox. Your ticket can also be accessed via the Aviation Festival App.

Upon arrival at the venue, simply show the QR code from either your emailed ticket or from the “My Badge” section within the app at the registration desk. We will print out your badge for you.

We are unable to act as a visa sponsor. We can, however, provide registered attendees with a Visa Support Letter to assist with their application. This letter does not guarantee visa issuance, which remains at the discretion of the Singapore Embassy or Consulate in your country.
