Ms. Carol Teo is the Deputy Director at the Data & Performance division at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), where she leads efforts in data management, data science and performance management. She is the chair of the ICAO Global Air Navigation Plan-Performance Expert Group (GANP-PEG) and the ICAO Asia Pacific Data Analytics Group to develop, maintain and evolve the performance framework of the ICAO Global Air Navigation Plan. Prior to this, Ms. Carol Teo also leads other data analytics and operational analysis teams in her previous organisations.    Ms. Carol Teo graduated with Master of Mathematics from the University of Oxford, United Kingdom.
