Ola is an Industrial Engineer with over 7 years of experience in the innovation and startup ecosystem in Morocco. She specializes in corporate innovation, open innovation programs, and innovation strategy. After working as an Innovation Consultant supporting corporations in designing and implementing open innovation programs and innovation sprints, Ola joined Royal Air Maroc as Innovation & Culture Lead. In this role, she oversees the airline’s open innovation initiatives, contributes to its digital transformation journey, and manages the RAM Digital Open Innovation program connecting the company with startups and emerging technologies. Passionate about innovation and the future of industries, Ola closely monitors disruptive technologies and new business models reshaping organizations and customer experiences, with a particular focus on the travel, aviation, and hospitality sectors.
