Starting off his railway career with JR East since 1994 at Takasaki Station, Mr. Tasuku Takahama has expansive experience in areas of Safety, Public Relations and International Affairs. He is currently the Director of Rail Business Development in JR East Singapore Branch, spearheading outreach to the Asia Pacific region. In addition to his tenure at JR East, Mr. Takahama also has experience working at UITP as well as the International Association for Public Transportation in Europe.  He has seen the transformative change of the rail industry into the digital age and has experienced how data can contribute to revenue.
