Today, he serves as the Global Vertical Portfolio Leader for Rail, spearheading initiatives that deliver innovative, sustainable, and customer-centric solutions for rail operators and manufacturers worldwide.​ Passionate about advancing mobility, Rohit has played a pivotal role in developing technologies that enhance passenger safety, operational efficiency, and environmental responsibility. His influence extends beyond 3M through active participation in international forums, including the Post-COVID Taskforce of the International Union of Railways (UIC) and several global rail industry working groups.
