Nitasha Jugessur is Pre-Tendering Leader at Alstom Digital & Integrated Systems and a Master Expert in Signalling System Application Engineering, based in Singapore. With more than 20 years of international experience across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Australia, she is responsible for defining signalling solution strategies and technical positioning for major rail opportunities across Singapore, Malaysia, and East Asia. She has served in senior leadership positions for major metro projects in the region, such as Singapore’s Circle Line, North East Line, and Thomson–East Coast Line, as well as Sydney Metro and Sydney Light Rail. Her expertise covers the full lifecycle of large-scale rail systems, from early concept development and stakeholder alignment through to system integration and delivery. Nitasha holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering from CentraleSupélec, France. She is recognised for successfully aligning customer requirements, technical skills, and delivery objectives to implement CBTC signalling systems in challenging, high-density urban environments.
