Mr. Mike BAEK Sales Director, Friction & Rubber, Wabtec Corporation In 1997, Mike began his journey with Wabtec – Vapor Rail as a Project Manager, overseeing the development and implementation of Metro and Commuter Door systems. Building on this experience, he joined Railroad Friction Products Corporation in 2004 as a Sales Manager, responsible for managing sales in North America Transit and International markets. In 2010, he embraced a new opportunity at Wabtec Huaxia in Beijing, China, where he served as the Deputy General Manager/ Director Asia Sales for Friction products until 2013.
