He has held senior leadership roles at AECOM on various high-speed rail (HSR) and other major rail programs globally, including Taiwan HSR, High Speed 1 (CTRL, UK), Crossrail (London), High Speed 2 (UK), and is currently working on California HSR. John brings extensive experience in leading teams to deliver program management and technical services for complex rail and infrastructure programs across various procurement models.
