Guillaume TURILLON joined RATP Group in 2006 and has been working on different projects to improve transport capacities: automatic trajectory of the metro line 13, automation of transition phase line 1, platform screen doors project etc.

In 2010, he moved to a specific division and focused on internation projects and improved his skills in design review, sizing a transportation system, training the staff and participating in bids (business development).

Guillaume joined RATP Dev Manila in 2018 as Operations Planning Director, he has been part of the operations team to provide advice, expertise, and their day-to-day operations including new signaling system and trial run to Light Rail Manila Corporation who operates Manila LRT1 which includes operating the existing system and construction of the 10km Cavite extension line.
