Professor Tye Beard, CPTD, is the Director of Live Training and OnDemand Solutions at ASTM International.  ASTM’s Training department provides practical, hands-on training on the standards that most impact industry. For over 20 years, Tye has worked in the Learning & Development space, leading high-impact teams and developing engaging live, virtual, and eLearning environments for corporations, customers, and higher ed. Tye holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and a Master’s degree in Learning Technology from Drexel University. She’s on the Board of Trustees for Collegium Charter School and serves on several task groups and committees. Tye is a Certified Professional in Talent Development CPTD, and an Adjunct Professor for Jefferson University, where she teaches Management and Human Resources courses.   In her spare time, you can find Tye gardening, running, and spending time with family and friends.
