ARABLAB LIVE Dubai is a business-to-business event for laboratory, science and industry professionals. It is not open to the general public and visitors under the age of 18 are not permitted, except for approved student groups arranged in advance.

No. Visitor access is free, but everyone must register online before attending. Register here .

You can print your badge at home once you receive the email containing your badge attachment. If you prefer to print it onsite, badge printing is available at the Sheikh Saeed Hall 1 and Sheikh Saeed Hall 3 Plaza entrances from 09:00–17:30 on Monday 26 and Tuesday 27 October , and 09:00–16:30 on Wednesday 28 October .

Exhibitors can print their badge at home once the badge email is received. Onsite printing is available at the Sheikh Saeed Hall 1 entrance from 14:00–18:00 on Saturday 24 October , 10:00–18:00 on Sunday 25 October , and during the event at the entrances to Sheikh Saeed Halls 1, 2 and 3.

Yes. Your exhibitor badge is valid for the full three-day event.

ARABLAB LIVE Dubai is held at Dubai World Trade Centre. The closest Metro station is World Trade Centre Metro Station , around a four-minute walk from the venue. Taxis, rideshare and private vehicles can also access the venue.

Visitor and exhibitor parking is available around Dubai World Trade Centre, including Exhibition Street Parking, One Central Parking, Exhibition Plaza Parking and Sheikh Rashid Tower Parking. Pre-booked parking is also available through Eventplus.

Yes. DWTC parking areas include designated spaces for People of Determination permit holders. Spaces close to the venue are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes. EV charging facilities are available within DWTC parking areas, including the Multi-Storey Car Park and Al Saada Multi-Storey Parking.

Yes. There are a number of hotels close to Dubai World Trade Centre. Visit the accommodation page for suggested options.

Taxis are available outside the venue, including from the area in front of the Ibis Hotel.

Yes. Dubai World Trade Centre Guest Wi-Fi is available for general browsing, email and social media. Exhibitors that require a faster or more reliable connection for their stand should order a dedicated service through the Eventplus Data & Telecom portal .

Yes. There is a range of international restaurants and cafés throughout the Dubai World Trade Centre complex. Outside catering cannot be brought into the exhibition halls.

No. There is no cloakroom available at the venue.

DSV is the official shipping and storage contractor and can assist with storage of empty boxes and packaging during the event.

Yes. DESCO Printing is located on the concourse between Sheikh Saeed Halls 2 and 3.

There are seven sets of toilets, including accessible toilets, within the exhibition halls, with additional facilities located throughout the concourse.

Yes. Male and female prayer rooms are available on the second floor of Sheikh Rashid Hall.

Yes. Baby changing facilities are available throughout the venue, with a number also offering bottle warming and screened breastfeeding areas.

If you require medical assistance, speak to a member of the security team. They can help you reach the Emergency Medical Service Station.

Please visit the security office in Hall 8 or the information counter in Hall 5.

A power bank rental station is available at Trade Centre 2, on the ground floor of the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre building.

Your login email is the same email address you used to register for the event.

Open the My Badge section in the ARABLAB app. Your QR code will appear there and can be scanned at a badge printer. You will also receive your badge QR code by email around one week before the event.

Yes. All registered participants can request meetings through the ARABLAB app.

In the ARABLAB app, open the My Event section to view your programme, meetings, people you have met and bookmarked companies.

Yes. Lead retrieval is available to exhibitors, including StartUp exhibitors, through the ARABLAB Dubai app. Visitors and guests do not have access to the lead retrieval function.

No. Terrapinn cannot provide a full attendee or delegate list.

The conference runs from 10:30–17:00 on Monday 26, Tuesday 27 and Wednesday 28 October.

The Keynote, Digital Labs Stage and Lab Innovations Stage are located in Trade Centre Arena. The ArabChem Stage is located in Sheikh Saeed Hall 1.

Yes. Speakers should arrive at their designated theatre around 20 minutes before their session so the AV team can load the presentation. Technical requirements and on-the-day information will also be sent to speakers in advance.

The networking lounge is located on the exhibition floor and can be found using the event floorplan in the app.

Within the Exhibitor Manual, go to Registration, Event App, Lead Data . From there you can register staff for exhibitor passes and register guests. Exhibitor passes allow access to the halls one hour before visitors, while guests can access from 10:00 each event day.

Space Only contractors: from 00:01 on Saturday 24 October through to 22:00 on Sunday 25 October.
Shell Scheme and StartUp Pods: Sunday 25 October, 15:00–22:00.

Breakdown begins on Wednesday 28 October at 18:00 and continues until Thursday 29 October at 18:30 .

Please check the Your Stand section of the Exhibitor Manual to confirm your contracted stand type.

Space Only: floor space only.
Shell Scheme: white walling, grey carpet and a nameboard/fascia.
StartUp Pod: 1m-wide unit with cable management, nameboard and space for your tagline.

Your stand number is listed under Your Stand in the Exhibitor Manual. During the event, you can also search for your company on the event floorplan via the app or website.

Rigging and hanging elements can be ordered through the Eventplus portal . For support, email support@eventplus.ae .

Power requirements should be ordered in advance using the relevant mains power form in the Exhibitor Manual. For support, contact anne.deguzman@terrapinn.com . If you require 24-hour power, this must be booked in advance.

Internet services can be ordered through the Eventplus Data & Telecom portal . An onsite service office is also available on the concourse in Hall 2.

All Space Only exhibitors or their contractors must submit stand plans and required health and safety documentation to anne.deguzman@terrapinn.com , copying Pragna.Patel@terrapinn.com . The submission deadline is 10 October 2026 .

Yes. Anyone attending build-up must wear a contractor badge. Contractor and vehicle passes can be arranged through DWTC Contractor+ .

Yes. A high-visibility vest is required in the halls during build-up and breakdown. Exhibitors entering the hall during build-up must also hold a valid Exhibitor Access Pass.

No. Outside catering cannot be brought into Dubai World Trade Centre exhibition halls. Stand catering, including water coolers and coffee machines, must be sourced through the official venue catering service.

Yes. Deliveries can be made to the rear of the halls on show days between 09:00 and 10:00 . After 10:00, trolleys are not permitted inside the halls.

DSV is the official shipping and lifting contractor. Onsite support is available near the entrance to Hall 2.
