Jeremy Bond is the Director, Program Management, Laboratory Services for ASTM International with 15 years of experience in the commodities testing, inspection, and certification industry. In this role, Jeremy is responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of new programs and services for laboratories and supporting the growth and performance of laboratory services. Prior to joining ASTM International’s Laboratory Services team, Jeremy started his petroleum testing career with Saybolt before taking roles of increasing management responsibility with Inspectorate and Bureau Veritas. He gained experience developing and leading teams to manage day-to-day laboratory operations and implement enterprise-wide change. Through his regional, quality, and technical leadership, Jeremy has a deep understanding of laboratory operations, quality management systems, accreditation processes, training and development principles, laboratory information management systems, and continuous improvement practices. Jeremy has a bachelor’s degree in biology from Rutgers University.
