Dr. Dina Alnuaimi is a healthcare management and pharmaceutical supply chain leader at Emirates Health Services, bringing over two decades of experience in healthcare operations, policy development, and supply chain optimization across the UAE. She currently serves in the Policies and Standards Department, where she develops and implements clinical and operational standards to improve quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance in healthcare settings.
She began her career as a pharmacist and advanced into senior leadership roles, heading multiple critical supply chain and procurement divisions. She has led strategic initiatives in inventory management, vendor negotiations, and quality assurance, demonstrating expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, data-driven decision-making, and healthcare digital transformation.
With over 20 years of experience in pharmacy and supply-chain leadership, she excels in healthcare policy development, regulatory compliance, and operational optimization.
Dr. Alnuaimi holds a PhD in Healthcare Management and an MSc in Public Health, alongside a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy and Health Science. Dr. Alnuaimi combines academic insight with real-world healthcare logistics to drive innovation in health services.
