Ground-breaking solution for mobility in a track environment
The company behind Railscooter is Techincal Environment Engelholm AB, which was started in 2022 with the hope of improving the work environment and streamlining work related to railways. The Railscooter arrived on a rainy day in 2019, the first prototype was ready in early 2020 and since then three different inspection teams have used and driven it on a daily basis. Currently up to 3,000 km.
Railscooter Light is under development and will offer a slightly simpler and more agile bike. Perfect if it is just for quick transport to something further along the track, an Ofelia or control for example.
