Payments can be made online via credit card, EFT, or invoice.

Can I get a receipt or tax invoice?

Yes, your receipt or tax invoice will be emailed after payment.

How do I collect my badge?

Collect your badge at the registration desk in the main foyer of the Sandton Convention Centre level 0 hall 1.

What do I need to bring to collect my badge?

Please bring your confirmation email.

Can I transfer my ticket to a colleague?

Yes, contact the organiser to update the attendee’s name at least 48 hours before the event.

Are refunds available?

Refund policies vary; please refer to the terms and conditions on the event website.
