Tracey began her career in corporate management accounting, developing deep capability in financial analysis, budgeting, and operational reporting before moving into small business ownership as a café operator in the early 2000s. She went on to build, scale, and eventually sell a large Brisbane‑based bookkeeping practice before launching Beachy Bookkeeping on the Sunshine Coast, where she now supports business owners and bookkeepers with clarity, confidence, and a signature coastal calm.
