• Conference: 9:25am to 5pm
• Networking party: 5pm to 6:30pm
Thursday 19 March
• Exhibitor access: from 7:30am
• Expo: 8:30am to 4pm
• Conference 9:30am to 4pm
Registration opens from 8:00am each day.
Accounting & Business Expo is open to accountants, bookkeepers, finance leaders, CFOs, business owners, payroll professionals, advisors and anyone working in accounting, finance or business operations.
Commercial attendees such as vendors, service providers, consultants or anyone not practising in these fields require a Vendor Pass to attend.
If you work in accounting, finance or business operations, you can register for a free pass online via our Registration Page
Vendors, service providers and consultants can purchase a Vendor Pass through the same page.
Attendance is free for all professionals working in accounting, finance or business. Vendors, service providers, consultants and other commercial attendees require a paid Vendor Pass to enter the event.
After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Bring this email to the registration desk to collect your printed event pass.
Yes. Simply scan your QR code from the event app at registration to print your pass.
You can update your details in the event app under My Account. If you need further help, speak to the registration desk onsite.

Yes. ICC Sydney has multiple secure parking stations nearby, including the ICC Sydney Car Park and several Wilson Parking facilities within walking distance. Parking fees apply.

Yes. The event app includes a meeting scheduler that allows you to request and accept meetings with other attendees, exhibitors and speakers. Please note, Vendor Pass holders have limited access to some app features, including networking tools.

No. All sessions are first come, first served. We recommend arriving early for popular topics.
Sessions are not recorded. Presentation slides may be shared at the speaker’s discretion.
Yes. Vendor Pass holders have full access to all conference theatres and sessions.
Yes. Security staff will be present throughout ICC Sydney for the duration of the event. All attendees must wear a visible event badge at all times.
Yes. We follow ICC Sydney’s venue safety guidelines and government requirements to ensure a safe environment for all attendees, speakers and exhibitors.
If you’re feeling unwell, please approach a member of staff at the registration desk or anyone wearing a ICC badge for assistance.
Yes. ICC Sydney has trained first aid staff available at all times. Please speak to a Accounting & Business Expo team member or venue security if you require medical assistance.
Business casual is suitable for both days of the event.
Yes, but all attendees must register individually. Colleagues working in accounting, finance or business operations can register for free. Vendors, service providers and consultants must register using a Vendor Pass.
