Her career spans roles from bookkeeper to senior accountant, financial controller, and senior manager, providing her with a strong commercial foundation before establishing herself as Principal of Tempest Group in Melbourne in July 2019. Kylie holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from RMIT and is a registered Tax Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board. She is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and Victorian Leaders, reflecting her commitment to technical integrity, leadership and the future of the profession.
