She built deep capability in financial reporting and operations before stepping into a CFO role at a tech startup, where she developed a high-performing finance team and helped steer the company to acquisition by an ASX-listed parent. In 2018 she founded InFinance Solutions, an accounting practice delivering advisory, accounting, and tax services to small business owners. In 2020, Tish founded the outsourcing arm of her business, InFinance Global Solutions

We can’t control how software providers price their products.
We can’t predict when subscriptions will increase.
But we can control how we structure our pricing to absorb or pass on these costs.
What to Consider:
Are you bundling the cost of tools like Xero, QuickBooks, Dext, or Fathom into your fees?
Are you marking up or passing through the cost transparently?
Do you review tech costs annually and adjust fees accordingly?
Should tech be billed as a line item, part of a tier, or a separate monthly charge?

The Risk:Failing to reprice as tech costs rise means you're subsidising the client’s tools — and cutting into your own profit.
