John Xenos is Operations Manager for Business Advisory at William Buck. He works across people, process and technology to improve how teams operate. A large part of John’s role is tackling a challenge familiar to many growing accounting firms. He helps bring together teams with different histories, systems and ways of working to create more consistent operating practices.
John's work spans process improvement, technology adoption and AI capability. His focus is always on practical change. John is less interested in technology for technology’s sake, but rather in how better processes and the right technology can remove friction, improve consistency and give accountants more time to focus on their clients and higher-value work.
