In my AZ role, I deliver payer strategic input to shape development of the AZ early respiratory and immunology portfolios, including CAR-T therapy in immunology indications. It includes championing the payer needs into investment decisions and clinical trial design to establish a clear line of sight from product development to commercialization. From a portfolio perspective, I drive above-asset disease area strategies (eg precision medicine), optimizing the value of our emerging portfolios. Additionally, I lead the payer side of BD/externalization projects in the R&I space. With 30 years in the industry, I have acquired a broad strategic experience, broad technical skills and strong business acumen, centered on delivery of the business. I have global and local work experience of pricing and market access, marketing and sales, multiple launches and product development in the pharma industry.
