Dr. Tom Kamperman is an entrepreneurial biomedical engineer and the CEO & Founder of IamFluidics. He is the co-inventor of the patented IN-AIR MICROFLUIDICS™ technology, a breakthrough platform used to rapidly fabricate uniform microparticles and 3D cellular capsules. With a PhD from the University of Twente and research experience at Harvard Medical School and the Max-Planck Institute, Dr. Kamperman leverages droplet microfluidics and hydrogel technology for groundbreaking life science applications. Recognized for his innovations, he was named a "European Innovator Under 35" by MIT Technology Review.
