Jean-Philippe is a senior pharma and biotech executive with over 30 years of experience in drug development, orphan strategy, and innovation. He is currently Chairman, Co-Founder & CEO of Vivet Therapeutics. Previously, as COO of GenSight Biologics, he was instrumental in raising over $80M, leading a successful IPO, and advancing two gene therapy programs from preclinical to phase 3 trials. He has held strategic leadership roles at Galderma and as Vice President of Drug Development & Strategic Marketing at Sanofi (Fovea Pharmaceuticals), and led some R&D programs at Servier, Pierre Fabre, Fournier-Pharma/Solvay, and Exonhit Therapeutics. Jean-Philippe holds a PhD in Toxicology and Pharm.D from Paris XI University, a Master’s in Strategic Marketing from ESCP Paris, and completed the General Management Program and International Program Director Certification at INSEAD. He also serves as Chairman of the Board at SpliceBio SL and as Non-Executive Director & Advisor at Ikarovec LTD.
