Teodor Magureanu is Chief Business Development Officer at VOX Solutions, where he drives strategic growth initiatives, partner engagement, and market expansion across the global telecom ecosystem. With a strong background in strategy consulting and execution, he plays a key role in aligning internal priorities with external opportunities to scale the company’s impact in voice, messaging, and digital communications.

Prior to taking on the CBDO role, Teodor served as Chief of Staff at VOX Solutions, supporting cross-functional execution and strategic project delivery during a period of rapid organizational growth. Before joining VOX, he worked at Kearney as a Senior Strategy Consultant, where he led cost benchmarking, post-merger integration, and due diligence projects for leading telecom operators, private equity funds, and banks across Europe, the U.S., and Asia-Pacific.

Teodor holds a Master’s in Strategic Management from HEC Paris and a Bachelor’s in Management from The London School of Economics (LSE). He is fluent in English and Romanian, with working knowledge of French, and is known for his analytical mindset, pragmatic leadership style, and deep understanding of digital transformation in telecommunications.
