Ragheed Al-Dabbagh leads optical transport product management, network architecture, and consulting for the Asia-Pacific, India, and China regions at Nokia. With over 18 years at the company, he brings deep technical and commercial expertise in optical and IP transport networks, including DWDM, MPLS-TP, OTN, and Carrier Ethernet.

Based in Sydney, Ragheed has held multiple leadership roles across business development, pre-sales, and engineering—playing a key role in shaping Nokia’s transport solutions strategy for telcos and service providers across Oceania and the broader APAC region. He is recognised for combining deep technical knowledge with market-driven insights to support network evolution and customer transformation.

He began his career in optical network testing and engineering and holds a dual degree in Computer Science & Software Engineering and Telecommunications Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology.
