Phạm Dương Phú is Foreign Economic Relations Director at Vietnamobile, with responsibilities spanning economic affairs, growth strategy, international partnerships and business development. His work focuses on supporting the company’s market development and engagement with government, investors and international partners.

He brings more than 15 years of experience across telecommunications, marketing, business development and academia. Alongside his role at Vietnamobile, Phú serves as Director of Foreign Economic Relations at Hanoi Telecom Corporation, where he works on international cooperation and new business opportunities across digital infrastructure and emerging technologies.

Prior to his current positions, Phú spent more than four years with PCCW, including as Head of Operations in Vietnam. Earlier in his career, he worked with Vietnamobile and spent six years as a Lecturer at Vietnam National University, Hanoi, teaching marketing, economics, public relations, communications and consumer behaviour.

Phú is also General Director of Tekmonk, a technology education organisation. He holds both a Master's degree in Marketing Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management from Aston University. His experience spans telecommunications, international partnerships, business development, marketing strategy, digital transformation and stakeholder engagement.
