Nikita Sheremetev is Director of Product Strategy at Yandex AI, where he leads the strategic development of Yandex AI for Business, an international B2B2C initiative. His work focuses on product vision, commercial models, go-to-market strategy and the development of white-label AI platforms that enable partners to launch branded AI assistants and agents.

He brings more than 12 years of experience across product management, artificial intelligence, fintech, e-commerce and consumer digital services. At Yandex, Nikita has held leadership roles spanning AI product development, digital financial services and international market expansion, with a focus on translating emerging technologies into commercially viable products.

Prior to his current role, Nikita led the development and launch of Yandex AI in Turkey, integrating AI-powered chat, search and browser capabilities into a consumer platform that attracted several million monthly active users within its first few months. He previously led the development of Alice AI Assistant for Turkey and Azerbaijan, overseeing localisation, speech recognition, speech synthesis, foundation model development and core assistant features.

Earlier in his career, Nikita held product management positions at AliExpress Russia and Yandex, working across e-commerce, fintech and digital consumer products. He also co-founded technology ventures, gaining experience in entrepreneurship, product development and business operations.

Nikita holds a Master's degree in e-Business Management from the University of Warwick and a Master's degree in Applied IT in Business from Altai State University. His expertise spans AI product strategy, generative AI, digital assistants, product commercialisation, international market development and fintech.
