Nguyễn Hiền Phương is Chief Executive Officer of Vietnamobile, where she leads the company’s strategy and development with a focus on digital transformation, technology innovation and sustainable growth. Her priorities include strengthening Vietnamobile’s telecommunications capabilities, expanding access to mobile connectivity and developing customer-centric digital services.

She brings more than 17 years of experience across telecommunications, investment, corporate strategy and business management. Alongside her leadership of Vietnamobile, she has held senior positions at Hanoi Telecom Corporation, including Deputy Managing Director and previously Planning & Investment Director.

Her experience with Vietnamobile spans multiple leadership functions. Prior to becoming CEO in 2025, she served as Deputy General Director and Procurement Director, giving her experience across corporate management, investment planning, procurement and telecommunications operations. She has also served as Deputy Managing Director of HTC International Telecommunication and earlier worked with HSBC Global Banking and Markets.

Nguyễn Hiền Phương holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Management from Thuongmai University and an MBA from Solvay Brussels School. She has also completed executive education in leadership and strategy at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School and Harvard Business School. Her expertise spans telecommunications strategy, digital transformation, investment, strategic partnerships and corporate leadership.
