Afifa Hanom Dean is Head, Media Management at Telekom Malaysia, where she leads the company’s media strategy, planning, and brand communications across platforms. With over 15 years of experience in the telecom industry, she brings deep expertise in partner management, media operations, and global alliances.

Since joining TM, Afifa has held key roles in Global Sales & Marketing and Business Innovation, where she managed strategic partnerships with major global service providers and oversaw service-level agreements, supplier performance, and trade arrangements. Her background includes managing global partners such as BT, Vodafone, Verizon, and PCCW.

Afifa holds an MBA from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) and a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Multimedia University. She is known for her strategic approach to media planning and cross-functional stakeholder engagement within dynamic, high-performance environments.
