Kaye Hau is Managing Partner of Stratenium Consulting, an advisory firm focused on strategy, transformation, digital infrastructure, and emerging technology across the Asia-Pacific region. She advises operators, infrastructure providers, investors, and technology companies on growth strategy, operating model design, corporate development, market entry, ecosystem partnerships, and organisational transformation.
With nearly two decades of experience spanning telecommunications, digital infrastructure, media, managed services, and technology ecosystems, Kaye has built a reputation for operating at the intersection of strategy and execution. Her work focuses on helping organisations navigate complex operating environments, align stakeholders, improve governance, and translate strategic priorities into practical outcomes.
Prior to founding Stratenium Consulting, Kaye served as Director and Head of Strategy, Regulatory & Business Operations in the CEO Office at SPTel, where she led corporate strategy, regulatory affairs, government engagement, strategic investments, and business operations. She played a key role in licensing, policy advocacy, infrastructure strategy, ESG initiatives, and stakeholder engagement during a significant growth phase for the company.
Earlier in her career, she held strategy, transformation, and PMO leadership roles at PCCW Media (Viu), StarHub, Singtel, and IBM. Her experience includes commercialisation of new digital services, telecom partnerships, digital identity initiatives, enterprise transformation programmes, customer lifecycle management, M&A support, and operating model redesign across regional markets.
In addition to her consulting practice, Kaye is active in areas including AI governance, data privacy, digital transformation readiness, and venture ecosystem development. She also advises technology startups, investors, and infrastructure stakeholders on market validation, commercialisation, and growth strategies across Southeast Asia.
Kaye holds an MBA from Singapore Management University and a degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Her expertise spans corporate strategy, telecommunications, digital infrastructure, governance, transformation, and ecosystem development.
