Holger Laukat is Senior Manager Carrier Relations at NTT Global Data Centers EMEA, where he is responsible for carrier engagement, connectivity partnerships, commercial negotiations, and telecommunications infrastructure relationships across the region.

He brings more than three decades of experience in telecommunications, carrier management, network services, and commercial operations. His expertise includes carrier relations, leased line management, contract negotiation, cost optimisation, procurement, managed services, and wholesale telecommunications.

Since joining NTT Global Data Centers in 2017 through e-shelter, Holger has played a key role in developing carrier ecosystems and connectivity partnerships within one of Europe's largest data centre platforms. He has held senior carrier relations positions across e-shelter and NTT Global Data Centers, supporting the growth of carrier-neutral infrastructure and interconnection services throughout EMEA.

Prior to joining NTT, Holger spent nearly 18 years at Colt Technology Services, where he held a series of leadership roles across carrier relations, wholesale commercial management, service management, and customer operations. His responsibilities included managing carrier partnerships across Central and Eastern Europe, Turkey, the Mediterranean region, and the United States, as well as overseeing service delivery and customer support functions.

He began his career with Deutsche Telekom (T-Com), where he spent more than a decade as a Service Engineer supporting telecommunications network operations and service delivery.

Based in Frankfurt, Germany, Holger has extensive experience working with operators, carriers, data centre providers, and infrastructure partners across international markets, with a particular focus on connectivity strategy, commercial partnerships, and carrier ecosystem development.
