Mr. Trần Hải Dương, born in 1981, is the Chairman and CEO of FPT Telecom International (FTI), a subsidiary of FPT Telecom. With more than 23 years of dedication to the FPT Group, he has risen from a technical specialist at FPT Telecom to leading one of its most dynamic business units.

He began his career at FPT Telecom in 2000 as a technical expert and went on to hold positions including programmer, system engineer, IT manager, and business leader. Since joining FTI in 2009, he has played pivotal roles as Deputy Director of Business, National Sales Director, and Deputy CEO, before being appointed Chairman & CEO in May 2022.

Mr. Dương holds a Master’s degree from the University of Hawaii (USA) and studied programming at FPT Aptech in his early years. His career journey, from a young engineer to the top executive of FTI, exemplifies both the entrepreneurial spirit of FPT and a source of inspiration for the next generation of technology leaders.
