Abdul earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical-Telecommunications from Sriwijaya University, Indonesia, and a Master's Degree in Management from Sumatera Utara University, Indonesia. 

His career is marked by a profound comprehension and extensive experience in technical management roles. His positions have included Senior Vice President of Global Service Operation at Telin, Executive Vice President at Telkom Regional II, and Deputy Executive Vice President of Infrastructure at Telkom Indonesia. This wealth of experience has equipped him with a unique insight into the technological needs and solutions within the industry.
