In 2005, he acquired Pioneer and transformed the business into a centre for submarine expertise before going independent with Julian Rawle Consulting in 2014. Projects include: Investment support for Main One (Nigeria) & BTG Pactual (Brazil); Business case development and sales plan implementation for Campana (Myanmar); Strategic Outline Business Case for Turks & Caicos Telecom Commission; and Outline Business Case & Implementation for Cayman Islands Government.
